Inside each folder you will find Microsoft DotNetFX which you may need as well..
To get NET Framework 3.5 (includes 2 & 3) to show, go to Control Panel - Programs & Features - Turn Windows Features On or Off - See Pic Below (Make sure Net Framework 3.5 is checked as it is in the pic below)
Sentinal Software should now install without problems..
