Hello and Welcome Back... Had the chance to check out the damage at Agnes Banks, NSW about 20 mins from where i Live..
Agnes Banks is nestled between Richmond NSW & Penrith / Blue Mountains...
Because it has a Low Lying bridge to cross, it often floods but i have never seen the destruction of this flood just past... What was beautiful ferns and pine trees with lush green grassed areas that was stunning to walk thru, it has now been obliterated with trees, signs, & carparks that are no longer, with such force, many signs & trees ripped out of the ground...
The smell was horrid...
My son is currently learning to get his license so we went to have a look...

(Did someone say Modification?)
There is a Modification that is easy to do and when finished will allow to Transmit on Marine Band, Air Band, UHF CB, Shortwave???... I haven't done it on mine.. but apart from blowing your warranty, its also illegal to transmit on Airband without a license... To modify your radio, its basically taking the battery off and removing a small plastic panel, then unsolder a small pin (No 4 Pin) and that's it... Reset the radio when finished and the transmit works...

The service i offer for this Radio (VX-6 Only) is a full radio program including UHF CB (with input / output), Marine Radio (input / output), Rural fire (Aircraft / Fireground), Sydney Airport, Local Airports (Camden / Bankstown) UHF Military (Satellites) and Richmond RAAF
I will Need to Meet You as the Software i use to Program cost me $150 (came with programming cable) and will take about 10mins to do (No, I wont Modify, Just Program)
