CHANGES TO MASTERFILE - DEC 01 2026

Hello and Welcome back.. Starting from 01 December 2026, I will no longer be supplying pre-programmed cards.

But

The service will still be available via a Email service. Instructions / Video Included..

Why

16gb / 32Gb cards are becoming extinct (non existent) & have also doubled in price in the last 6 months.

The scanners (UBCD436PT, UBCD536PT, SDS100, SDS200) only take max 32gb cards and most suppliers don't have stock anymore, going with bigger cards. The cost, 6 months ago for a 32gb card was around $25, now they are pushing $45.

Most scanners that I program come with a card so, most users will just use those. Its an easy process and I supply instructions and even a nifty video so you can follow step by step.

There have been other factors as well..

1. Failed cards - For the first time in my programming experience, I was struggling to get supply of cards and found some at BigW, Emtec brand.

I don't normally go with this brand, I usually go with Verbatim as Ive never had a problem with these cards.

Big mistake, as I got 3 failed (Emtec brand) cards out of the 10 I brought.

While I re-sent the customers new cards (different brand, different batch), it was still a frustrating experience for both customer & myself.

2. Scammers - certain people who claim that their cards were not delivered and request a new card / refund only tracking says otherwise.

And so, I will be offering a email service but... at a discount.

To make it more accessible to customers budgets, the email service will only be $35

How Good Is That?

For those who are after a card option, I still have a handful of hi-end cards available but only till December 1st, then they switch to Email only.

Thank You For Your Understanding

Cheers
